Pick-up Your Order

You can pick up your order from our studio, you'll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery

Orders arrive aprox within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

• Free Delivery: Available across Malta for orders over €100.

• Standard Delivery: €5 fee applies for orders under €100.

• Payment Methods: Advance payment via Revolut or BOV Mobile +356 99300592

• Order Confirmation: After payment, please send your full name, contact number & delivery address.

• Scheduling: We will contact you to arrange delivery.

Return Policy

If you wish to return or have any issues with an order please contact us directly, via email on info@fountainofyouthmalta.com or call +356 99984253.

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to return a Product for exchange or refund and return to us within 7 days of receipt of order.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, items cannot always be returned. Please see the below information on whether you can return an item (this does not affect your statutory rights).

You cannot return an item if:

• The product has been opened (hologram no longer intact, manufacturer / factory seal no longer in place or packaging damaged)

• The product has been used

  You can return an item if:

• It has not been opened or use

• It is in perfect resalable condition

• It is returned to us within 7 days of receipt of the order
