Booking Policy

Salon Deposit

To secure your appointment, we require a 20% deposit at the time of booking. Upon booking, a text message will be sent to the mobile number provided to confirm your appointment. Deposits can be paid via REVOLUT/BOV MOBILE to +356-99300592. We kindly ask that you settle the deposit promptly to secure your appointment, failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation

Each client’s appointment is important to us. We request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If no deposit has been settled, your appointment will be cancelled, and future bookings may not be accepted.

Late Arrival

We understand that unexpected delays can occur, to accommodate such situations we provide a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals to appointments.

If you anticipate being late, we kindly request that you give us a call so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. However, please note that if you arrive late, the treatment duration will be deducted to ensure that other clients are not inconvenienced.

No-Show

In the event of a no-show, meaning a client fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, a charge of 50% of the service amount will be applied and future bookings may not be accepted.

Voucher

Our voucher policy requires mentioning the voucher code at booking, failure to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment results in voucher forfeiture. Vouchers are subject to expiration dates and must be used within the specified period.
